In Feroe Iland,Denmark, every year to mark becoming an "adult" or "mature" hundreds of teenagers gather around on the beaches and massacre hundreds of calderon dolphins viciously. These dolphins are intelligent, like any other and are simply being killed for an unjust celebratory cause. As the dolphins are brutally killed, spectators even watch from the shore. These dolphins choose to go near people because they love to play and interact and in return they get slaughtered. These calderon dolphins do not die instantly, instead they are pierced with 1-3 huge,thick hooks first. They give out a shriek like a baby when this happens. This needs to stop. These intelligent, innocent dolphins are being killed for a mere "celebration". We need to talk to the Prime Minister of Denmark and make him relaize this is not humane and cruel and should be banned. Help us stop the killing of these misunderstood creatures by signing this petition.
