My good friend Lourdes adopted a 2 year old rescue dog from Helen Woodward Animal Center last week. Unfortunately, after only 4 days at home, the dog attacked a small Chihuahua and had to be returned.

Now Helen Woodward Animal Center won't return her $500 or give her a different dog in its place. Lourdes and her husband are two-time pet owners and some of the most caring people I have ever met, towards humans and animals alike. Their sweet dog Batman, passed earlier this year, and adopting a new dog is part of their healing journey. 

Please sign if you feel that Helen Woodward Animal Center should reconsider their "no return" policy and help this couple recoup their money or get a different dog through their center.
