DS Scott Lynch 8527 of Maidstone CID was taken off normal duties for 12 months from May 2008 to work full-time to take me out/frame me to protect avoidable banking crash culprits, including his colleagues who needed their pensions protected ie D/Supt Nora Chandler 7648 Head of Kent Police Professional Standards & Gareth Davies Kent Police Force Solicitor.  I thought that police were supposed to bring perpetrators to justice and not frame witnesses to serious crimes?  Shocked?  You should be outraged as in Maidstone council tax payable is at London rates.  My Judicial Review asking for a 2nd referendum was issued on 15.7.2016 but it contained my chronology & details of the banking crash, so it got no publicity at all.
