Flogsta is an area that houses hundreds of students in Uppsala, and is owned by Heimstaden. The internet is provided by Alltele. In my personal experience, and from what I have heard the residents I have spoken to, there has been a problem with the internet for at least a year. And more acutely, there have been severe problems where access is almost impossible in the last month.

I think it is unacceptable that both Heimstaden and Alltele have let it go on for this long, especially now that Heimstaden has decided to raise the prices of the rent. If we are paying more, we expect a better service too. At the very least, that means having a stable internet connection.

We should either have a better internet connection, or we should receive compensation.
