Dear supporters,
After the Islamic regime was forced to suspend the death sentences of Amir Hossein, Said and Mohammad and have them reviewed by lawyers due to the worldwide protests, it has now been announced that the Supreme Court in Isfahan has confirmed the death sentences of five further protesters - Mehdi Salehi Ghale Shahrokhi, Mohammad Bastami, Majid Nazari Kondori, Hadi Kiani and Abbas Mohammadi!
According to reports, the executions are said to take place as early as this evening (29/7/2020). The families are standing in front of the prison with "Don't Execute" banners.
They were arrested during the December 2017-January 2019 riots and were also charged with "enmity to God" and possession of weapons for use against the regime. Amir, Said and Mohammad were also accused of the same, but it turned out to be false. Their lawyers have discovered gross procedural errors after inspecting the files.
The international protests, especially via social media, have caused outrage among representatives of the Islamic regime.
According to reports, head of justice Ibrahim Raisi, who had sentenced Amir, Said and Mohammad to death, could hardly control his anger: He rejected the protests as the work of fake social media bots and anti-regime activists and said that this criticism would not affect the decisions of the judiciary. He then called on his underlings to be "vigilant" towards protesters. In Iran, he said, Sharia rights would be applied. The regime had a red line that was crossed during demonstrations.
With the execution plans of the five other men, the regime is trying to test the resistance will of the people and at the same time enforce its hard line.

I support the following petition: www.change.org/novemberproteste , which is now supported by over 100,500 people. We campaign for the release of Amir Hossein, Said and Mohammad.
It is urgent! The Supreme Court of Iran has now confirmed the death sentences of five more demonstrators - Mehdi Salehi Ghale Shahrokhi, Mohammad Bastami, Majid Nazari Kondori, Hadi Kiani and Abbas Mohammadi!
The men sentenced to death were arrested in connection with the protests from December 2017 to January 2018 and arrested by Iranian security forces. They must be released!
I hereby urge you to work for the immediate release and abolition of the death penalty for these men.
