Donald B Mcneal is a 10th grade chemistry teacher at Hebron High School. He is possibly one of the worst teachers this school has to offer. He will constantly make up lies about his computer to not put in grades or review keys (which he promised to post making it impossible to know if you got the right answer), leaves emails un-responded (which goes against district policy), and good luck passing those tests when even he is surprised that the tests averages are above passing. His logic is that we should be able to post our work even if we have REAL internet problems at home, and yet he cannot post grades for months without any real consequence. How are we, the students, supposed to know if we have to redo work if the grades are never posted? Obviously this man does not care about his job and would rather sit and play games on his phone while we take a test instead of working. Please do something about this.
