Property values for Boundary County have increased substantially in the last year, likely due to an increase in population due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Also due to the COVID-19 pandemic, employment is at an all time low causing extreme economic hardship for long-time residents of Boundary County.  We ask that property value increases are delayed until the pandemic has passed so that we may minimize economic hardship.
