FBI sent KSP a file dated 2007 with information of who murdered Heather. The names are redacted. I’ve faxed this file to the AG, KSP, FBI, DOJ for years asking for those names to be unredacted. I faxed this file to KSP again asking them to have mercy; to give our family at least this one answer. Today is Heather's birthday and I hope on her birthday that the KSP will finally release the information on who murdered Heather.
