The Board of directors has decided to allow an animal abuser to remain at the Cheyenne Animal Shelter. He not only gets to remain there he gets a chance to further abuse animals. The city of Cheyenne needs to immediately revoke its funding to the animal shelter until both Bob and his friend the president of the board are removed from their positions. Also new policies need to be made before we allow any funding to go back.
