Remember that Heart Disease is the number one killer in this country and I have people contacting me regularly devastated that they have lost loved ones to heart disease as young as in their 30s and 40s, we are now at the stage where people even younger than that are having heart attacks..the time is now, we must put an end to this nonsense!!
