Babies from 0-1yr need Formula Milk (if unable to breastfeed) in the category of Stage 1 (0-6months - Suitable from birth) and Stage 2 (6-12months).  Healthy Start Vouchers cover Formula suitable from birth, fresh and frozen fruit and veg with no additives, and Cows milk. If a child is required to go onto Stage 2 milk the vouchers do not cover this formula which is unfair on those who need to use the vouchers to help with living costs for the upbringing of their child. This petition is being made for those parents.
