Meeting with the UChicago Dining board to make change in the dining hall has been quite a challenge, but with the combined power of every one of you who signed this petition, the board has shown marked improvement in their concern for the vegan and vegetarian options in their programs, including the dining hall. Thank you for your support! I will be continuing to work in the interest of the concerns expressed in the statement of this petition through other campaigns and/or efforts for the next three years I am here at the university.
