The amount of letters, the amount of emails, Facebook updates, and Tweets that have been sent to those in a place of power, whether that be a Government Minister, a media source etc., is unfathomable. 

It takes huge effort on the Doran family, to do so. 

A response is justified, but, yet, few feel that Joe's plight is even worthy of an acknowledgment. There are over 8000 signatures between the paper and online versions of the petition.

To each and everyone of you, I would ask you to remember that, the current Government have failed us in our plight, not only by not helping us, but mainly because they did not have the dignity to even acknowledge the correspondence sent to them. One Government Minister sent one email to one person who sent the generic "Simon Harris" email to them. 

Not good enough, and as for the media, I will personally not listen to Lunchtime Live on Newstalk, ever again. Their response was degrading, deplorable. Ryan Tubrity,among others chose to ignore us.

If we want to be counted, in this country, it is time, not only to stand up to our politicians, but also to stand up to the media who have the power to help us.

Joe, is deteriorating daily, we really need your help. Send emails/letters/tweets to all those you know in political life. @lunchtimelive should also receive your correspondence or via email lunchtimelive@newstalk.com

Tbh, I am disheartened, not for me, but for Pauline who is practically awake 24/7 and for Joe who needs to be in professional care.

We need to really get behind Pauline and Joe, once again.
