As night falls, and we are all doing our nightly routine getting ready for tomorrow, the stark realisation, is that Joe, is another night nearer having to leave his home, and move into a care facility. 

It is up to us as a community to make this reality a little easier for Joe's  family, friends and all who love him. 

None of us want this realisation to become a reality but unfortunately, it will become a reality. 

Let's do our best by Joe and do our best to ensure the care facility is one, which will give Joe the life that he deserves. He deserves so much better, than any care facility but unfortunately, the illness of Huntington's Disease, has dictated a different outcome.

Let's keep the momentum going and enable Joe's family, with your support, to lobby for the best care facility for Joe.
