My healthy daughter Karunya, of 20 years of age, got vaccinated for COVID (Covishield) on the 8th of June. Exactly 10 days later (on the 18th) she developed myalgia (throughout body, more pronounced in legs, shoulder and back), extreme throat pain (couldn't talk or swallow) and persistent fever in the range 101  to 103 degree fahrenheit.

The inflammation markers were way high in laboratory results.

After many days it was diagnosed as MIS-A. There is extremely poor awareness of this possibility, even among medical fraternity and precious time (upto 10 days) was wasted in ruling out bacterial and other infections.

Steroids were started on 4th July (15 days after the onset of the symptoms), and were not fully carried out but IVIG was started on 7th, and we lost her for the side effects of it and other complications on the 10th. That's a separate story in itself.

The purpose of this petition is to inform all about the wide range of adverse effects possible from these COVID vaccines and that the risk of death from COVID is zero in many young age groups and everybody s should assess the risks and benefits of taking this vaccine well before making a decision. Even the older age groups who are dying are those with co-morbidities. So the role of so called COVID in their death is suspect

More recently evidence has emerged that vaccinated also get infected, spread it to others and also get severe illness. Some die too. So whether these 'vaccines' give any protection is also questionable now. 

All these need to be considered before a decision is taken.

So, we request GoI to

a) Spread awareness of vaccine adverse effects and the optional nature to all. 

Also the Government should NOT advertise vaccines as completely safe but should also inform about the possible adverse effects in all communications regarding vaccines.

b) IMA/Health ministry to educate doctors about possible post vaccination complications including blot clotting, MIS -C/A,  and publish protocols for safe and timely treatment of them.

c) Government's vaccination measures are highly coercive in nature and totally illegal. Govt has declared vaccination as voluntary in courts but doing everything counter to that.  Govt doesn't care at all if any adverse event happens. For all my emails to Govt I didn't get ANY response. Not even a condolence message. 

We want to stop any more preventable loss of precious young lifes. Please contribute to this effort by spreading this message.
