Sibject :- POOR PASSING PERCENTAGE OF DNB DOCTORS AND VAGUE PAPER , DELAY IN ACADEMIC SESSION 

Respected sir , 

On behalf of whole allopathic fraternity, we want to express our view that DNB RESIDENT DOCTOR have to undergo dictatorship of NBE board and hospital in which they are enrolled. In institute where DNB resident work there neither they are given exam leaves nor hands on and no workshop , have to work for days and night and even in covid time not got time to prepare . Results of NBE come so late that many of student loose a year which is not the case with MS OR MD EXAM. SOME of people in NBE purposefully fail student as NBE DONT GET FUND FROM GOVERNMENT AND EXAM IS THE SOURCE OF EARNING EVERYTIME STUDENT HAVE TO PAY 6000 AND ABOVE FEE PLUS GST . Many of our fellowmate have lost faith in present body and are facing depression or commiting suicide. Whenever any student goes to court judge says that they are not expert body and NBE dictatorship continues.

We have been working day and night risking our life for the people of our country and government very well know that how young doctors are giving there best , despite that there is no relaxation in passing of dnb student even in covid time , paper which are coming are vague not related to particular subject that to in covid situation when hardly doctors are getting time to study so much of mental trauma and result trauma  and above all the rule of passing in all paper is nowhere applicable even in CA examination. How can a resident prepare when they are loaded with extra duties and unnecessary extension in COVID TIME .NBE director parvinder lal doesnt listen to anyone acting as dictator , under his leadership dnb academic session are wholy delayed . Many institute of nbe torture there resident and if resident try to raise grievance NBE dont listen until they are bribed . Even for reallocation of student nbe power holder are taking bribe which need to be investigated , midyorker student having source and money are passing exam . There is no proper distribution of question and paper goes to those person who themselves have no clue as what should be the answer in many institute teacher give the paper to dere student to correct. Vague question (letter to editor) the thing which are never taught in 3 year of residency and which lacks in indian scenario being asked in paper. When people go to court or raise issue against that the powerful nbe have judge in there favor . India already lack doctors and by failing the resident by 8 or 10 marks and even after clearing paper if failed to get aggregate 192 have to appear for all paper and then the rule of clearing dnb practical in 3 attempts if not then reappear for theory exam . No where in country this thing is followed. We the resident of dnb are disheartened and our career are at stake for chosing dnb in place of private md /ms. Even in SR SHIP there is discrimination. Neither we are getting quality learning environment, neither preparation leave . And delay in result have ruined nbe resident life.

We appeal the highest power in country to look after the matter and take strict action . Career of many resident are at risk . Why still discrimination in passing of DNB when an average MD/MS clear exam in private institute who dont have basic knowledge. And if nbe cant look into problem of resident than increase passing percentage so that they can pursue higher education .

Writing theory paper even at higher level is the reason for bribe and dictatorship if paper are mcq based and answer to the paper being provided student can challenge board

We the resident doctor will be thankful to you if you consider our petition and take strict action against nbe
