Please consider reading the outdated and ignored VHA directive on MST from 2018. It was supposed to be recertified May 2023 but it was not. It is overdue to be updated and evaluated!!! Read! Educate yourselves and speak up!!! One thing the VA and government respond well to is organized numbered logical arguments.
