All students (Primary 1-6) are only given an hour of Google Meet session a day with a total of 5 hours a week which is a stark difference from other neighborhood schools. This is very insufficient for a healthy learning process. Instead of having interactive online teaching sessions following the "complete" timetable like other schools, our children are only given educational video clips and homework via Google Classroom daily and expect our children to complete the homework by self-learning without further guidance. Because of this, most parents have to step in to take up the role of a teacher to teach their own children. This is taking a toll on working parents and also parents that are not academically capable. In the end, most of the homework is either not done properly or done with help from the parents where the children learn nothing.

小学1年纪至6年级学生每天只接受一个小时的Google Meet教学，一周总共才5个小时，而且与附近其他小学的线上教学情况十分不同。这对于孩子们应有的健康学习过程来说，是非常不足够的。对比其他学校的学生都依据实际教课的时间表上网课，相对的，我们的孩子大多数的时间都被要求根据上载在Google Classroom 里的视频教学和作业，独立完成他们的学习和功课作业。这种被动性的学习方式，让大多数父母必须介入担任老师的角色来教自己的孩子。这给与双亲都工作或是没有一定学历的父母造成了一定的困扰。最后，大多数家庭作业要么未正确完成，要么在父母的帮助下完成，而孩子们却什么也没学到。

This has caused great concern among parents because the pandemic is expected to prolong and online classrooms will continue on. From our observation of our children's online learning for the past 15 months of lockdown, the learning process is not effective enough due to a lack of interaction. Online learning is already harder than learning in an actual classroom, reducing the teaching time of online classrooms is definitely making the situation worse for our children. We strongly urge our respected Headmistress to increase the duration of our children's Google Meet session to match the actual timetable if not more for the sake of our children's academic progress.

因为眼前的冠病疫情预计会持续很长时间，这也导致在线教学也将继续执行下去。因此，目前的在线学习情况已经引起了家长们的极大关注。根据我们过去15个月对抗疫情的间断性封锁行动期间的观察，由于孩子们在线学习的时间不足够因而与老师们缺乏适当的互动，这导致知识学习过程失去应有的效率。大家都了解说在线上学习肯定比在实际教室里学习困难，所以减少在线教学时间肯定会使孩子们的学习吸收情况变得更糟。我们强烈敦促我们尊敬的女校长增加老师们的Google Meet教学的时间，以吻合实际教室时间表，以便孩子们跟上他们的学习程度
