With the reduction of entries/exits of shopping malls and food delivery/taking out food becoming a norm, it is timely to review and revise the grace period for carparks. You are now limited to a small number of entry/exit points due to the need to station staff to ensure safe entry, it is taking much longer than previous to enter/exit the malls to even drop off something which we used to be able to complete within 10 minutes. While the economy is slowly opening up, the Authority is recommending people to reduce the time spent outside, especially for high risks activities such as dining, as children under the age of 12 are not vaccinated. Hence, taking out food and food delivery have become a new normal.
