The Long Night has ended, but the echoing reverberation of our dissatisfied groaning will never cease. Game of Thrones was an amazing franchise: second to none in terms of plot, directing, character development, and effects. With the advent of the most recent (and final) season, many of these aspects are at an all time low. Needless to say, this is a disgrace to the universe, and a mockery of the fanbase that had seen these characters grow and expectantly watched their arcs coalesce.

With luck, we will not only collectively protest this pathetic, lazy writing, but garner enough attention to our dissatisfaction that perhaps it will be officially labeled non-canon, allowing someone else to come along and provide us with the ending we deserve, without needing to salvage what we currently have (which would probably be even more insulting).
