In 2011, a brand new TV movie titled "Johnny Bravo Goes to Bollywood" was made by Cartoon Network Studios. It has never aired in North America and has only aired a few times in an even fewer number of countries. I'd like to change that with the help of HBO Max.

"Johnny Bravo Goes to Bollywood" is a made-for-television film based on Cartoon Network's iconic Johnny Bravo, where he goes on an adventure to become Bollywood's next big movie star. It was made for Cartoon Network India and was even produced in English with the creator and much of the original cast reprising their roles for this special.

Fans like myself who imported a DVD copy and have seen it in English are left wondering, why hasn't this seen a proper release if it's been ready to air in North America for almost a decade?

Well, with the launch of HBO Max, I think now's the perfect time to release this special. It's inevitable the original Johnny Bravo series will make its way to HBO Max, but I think it'd be a really smart move to release this special alongside the series to promote the service and so Johnny Bravo fans everywhere can finally enjoy this movie.

In this nostalgia-fueled era, we've seen a lot of great shows like Invader ZIM, Samurai Jack, and many others make a great comeback. Johnny Bravo had one too and it's time more people got the chance to see it!
