Die-hard fans of the Sex and the City franchise are nothing if not loyal. We’ve survived three breakups with Mr. Big, two breakups with Aidan, and a girls’ trip to Abu Dhabi. And while we are dismayed to hear that Kim Cattrall will not appear in the upcoming reboot, it’s not a dealbreaker. We would watch this show if they replaced her with the mannequin from Mannequin. However, we do feel that some form of compensation is needed, which is why we are respectfully asking the creators of And Just Like That and HBO Max to let Jennifer Coolidge reprise her role as Victoria, the psychotic divorcée-turned-handbag designer from season six. You don’t have to give her a plotline or a significant amount of screen time, we just want a brief appearance from the woman who uttered the iconic line “Because of that f***er, I’ve discovered I’m Fendi!” 

A guest appearance by Jennifer Coolidge is what Sex and the City fans deserve. Well, that and a public apology for Stanford and Anthony’s wedding, but we digress. Beyond providing fan service, this inspired casting ultimately benefits HBO Max, who recently found enormous success with The White Lotus, in which Ms. Coolidge stars. It’s a cross-marketing dream come true! Everybody wins.
