This petition was created to draw attention to the dogs who are suffering while forced to live outside alone in extreme weather for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no provisions for them in the current by law as it is written now. By sending this petition we are asking for changes to protect dogs from years of unecessary isolation and fighting to stay alive due to potentially freezing to death or dying from heat exhaustion.
