Rex, my 9 year old German Shepherd had been wrongfully adopted out to some strangers by the Hawaiian Humane Society (HHS). In the agony that HHS had put me through they made conscious and deliberate efforts to cover up their wrongdoing by trying to influence the public through connections they have with media.
