On June 25th, 2020 David Balasbas (big wave Dave) had an asthma attack and went into cardiac arrest. He was without oxygen.  The brain needs oxygen to survive. Had CPR been administered immediately & correctly, he ( as well as many others) would be alive today. 

Sadly, there are too many people that have died due to the lack of knowledge, or just not knowing what to do in an emergency situation. 

It takes a community to make a change. We currently have a National Hot Dog Day, Fries, Donuts, avocados, pizza... These days were original made to promote sales by large corporations.
