Upminster park is in the centre of the town, it is a well used green space and has been awarded Green Flag status. It also has a small car park which is essential to users of the park and to shoppers of the town and ideally it would be better if the site, where the Old Windmill Hall used to stand, was used to increase the size of the car park.
