This petition is to ask the Haverhill city council to reject the Parking Proposal as written in September 2015.

 The key concerns are:

1. Keep Saturdays and Sunday’s Free
2. Stop increased rates and hours and
3. Keep the decision making in the hands of the elected city councilors
4. Not an appointed commission who is not accountable to us, the people who pay the fees and permits and fines.
