For almost two years, Perry Francis Caravello has led fans on telling us that he would be in the snow AND that there would be footage for the first time. This was an unfortunate lie and overall scam. We as a community are outraged beyond belief. Not only did Perry sneakily obtain a snowboard... not once.. but twice... but immensely worse is now he has sneakily went to the snow! This point has been building up forever and we as a community cannot fathom the mental fallacy that went through Perry Francis Caravello's head before, during, and after sneakily going out into the snow. (If there was anything at all)



We seek financial compensation in the total of $1.4 million to cover physical, emotional, and spiritual damages caused by Perry Francis Caravello when he went out into the snow without the community's knowledge or permission. Class Members may submit valid claims for compensation. After deducting the costs of the settlement administration, court-approved attorneys' fees and expenses, and Service Awards for three Class Representatives, the amount of monetary payments issued to Class Members will depend on the number of valid petition signatures gathered. 

Funds will be achieved by E-Bay auctioning off items and processions previously owned by Perry Francis Caravello. Items are (but not limited to) a credenza, a skateboard, a microwave, a firm mattress topper, a pair of skis, ski boots, ski polls, a snowboard, a blender, multiple diplomas, and more. Upon delivery of aforementioned items, funds will be made available immediately to class representation. 

Donations should be forwarded to our nonprofit organization, The Perry Project. So far we have raised $250,000 and a Twitch representative, Samuel, reached out and told our team that $300,000 would get him removed from the platform. Please donate here.
