This is a very big problem that I have faced.

It's the school day after halloween, and kids show up to school tired, and not ready to learn. Why? Because kids are  up late on halloween night trick or treating. They come home at 9:00, at eat candy causing them to stay up late. They go to school and are have asleep and dont learn anything. We can stop this! Give the kids a day of rest after halloween. Maybe together, we can do something good for the world of education.
