Please help me by signing this petition to help cut out and stop unexplained, and unnecessary late fees for Haughton residents on there water bill's. We are being overcharged and/or without our water even being cut off!!! In the town of Haughton, they are charging a reconnect fee before your water is even disconnected! If you are late in your bill there is supposed to only be a 10.00 late fee applied until you are disconnected,  however, the town of Haughton is charging an additional 50.00 reconnect fee before your water is even disconnected.  Also, sewage is extremely high, leaving Haughton residents paying more for sewage then the water bill alone.  PLEASE HELP PUT A STOP TO THIS!!!! The water department in the town of Haughton is taking money from their residents by charging bogus fees that done even make clear since. Haughton residents are also expected to be paying double on their waters when the repairs to  157 begin in the next few months. For some Haughton residents,  water bill's are already higher then electric Bill's. Let's stop this now. Please sign, share, and pass this on. We need your help. Thank you in advance.
