How to Go About Police Corruption, if Internal Affairs won't do Anything , About it.

So ive been Harrassed now for Almost 2-1/2 years now by the Salt Lake City Sheriff’s Complex here in utah. With My old Therapist, being called into and hired by these deputies that follow me , stalk me , when im at work they speak ill of me , ive been let go from various jobs due to there Ignorance, I went to high school with this , woman named (Andrea barnett) at west high school from 1999-2002 and this woman hated me cause , I didn't Acknowledge her Existence, like im sorry im not into Snobs so .... Ive tried Getting a no Contact order placed on her to be told , your a Crininal you dont have a Voice .... where can I go to seek Counsol of police Misconduct here in utah , Thiz bottom pictures of me and various friends that attest to these deputies coming in not to eat but yo harrass weekly to try and get me Fired ... for no Reason at all
