SEEKING LEGEAL REPRESENTATION AGAINST DEPUTIES AND ENERGY WEAPONS HARRASMENT

So how the hell do I go about this these 2 are married both hate me for some Weird reason there Not Cops , there Jailors over at the ADC SHERRIFFS complex here in Salt lake city utah... I went to High school with( Andrea barnett-Halstrohm ) i think shes a deputy i dont know i thought they were called Security Guards for the jails ... anyways so ive contacted West valley police i have a case pending on her and went to the Matteson court House downtown filed a Restraining order against her they said They will Not Serve her Because shes apart of Some utah Secret Organization .... they wouldn't tell me crap so I had friends help me find out about this Gang Stalking .... im not a gang member never have been or have any tattoos , then Targeted individuals (T.i) being targeted either by Slcpd or the ADC SHERRIFFS complex....I keep getting told your our Bitch daily with this v2k voice to skull technology....well even going to the extent of contacting the utahs own federal agencies the FBI and nothing , P.O.S.T Training. The Sherriffs complex writing, emailing Rosie Rivera the Salt lake Sherriffs sherriff hmm nothing ..... so .... where does a Former Criminal Go For Assistance against those who think that they're Badges are the Law and that they can Harrass , Stalk or even Death Threaten a person whos doing Nothing Wrong ..... Help me find closure to this my Appointed Attorney ( Nicola Siggs ) Stated I need to demand Cease and Dissist order like a Gag Order but How ..... Help me please Sincerely michael widders
