The first petition asks for a new Special Edition release of the 1997 film 'Turbo: A Power Rangers Move' on 4K, on Blu-Ray and on DVD with brand new bonus features, including a tribute featurette dedicated in memory of co-star Jason David Frank, new interviews and audio commentaries with members of the cast and crew, making-of/behind the scenes featurettes, deleted scenes and more.
