Hasbro: Please Make A New "Marvel Legends" Classic Spider-Man Figure

The Issue

Hasbro has made many figures of Spider-Man over the years, but one look that has yet to be made into a new six inch action figure is Spider-Man's classic red-and-blue costume based on the artwork of pencil artist Gil Kane and pencil artist/inker John Romita Sr.  This is Spider-Man's classic costume from the 1970s, featured in such memorable storylines as "The Death of Captain Stacy", the first appearance of Morbius the Living Vampire, the "Turning Point" two-part story that featured the deaths of Gwen Stacy and Norman Osborn/The Green Goblin and the first appearance of the Man-Wolf.

This specific costume, with the chest spider emblem's legs out to the sides rather than four pointed up and four pointed down, has been made into an action figure for Hasbro's 3 and 3/4 inch Marvel toyline, but a figure for Spider-Man based on the art of Gil Kane and John Romita Sr. has yet to be made for the ongoing six inch "Marvel Legends" toyline.

We, the fans, would like to see Hasbro make this Spider-Man costume into a new action figure for either the Retro Spider-Man toyline on the old Toy Biz retro box art or the new "Marvel Legends Series Secret Wars" toyline, since a Spider-Man figure in his full classic costume has yet to be made in that toyline.  We, the fans, also hope to see new accessories made of an alternate unmasked head of Peter Parker and alternate sets of hands such as open wall-crawling posed hands, fist hands, and web-shooting posed hands, respectively ,if possible.
