Over the years, Hasbro has made action figures for the various super-heroes and super-villains of the Marvel Comics characters for their popular, various "Marvel Legends" toylines. Several individual superheroes, such as Spider-Man, and superhero teams, such as the Avengers and the X-Men, have each had their own toylines either ongoing or as brief releases. However, one superhero that has yet to be made into an all-new action figure is the superhero Firestar.

Originally created for the 1981 animated series "Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends", Firestar eventually made her debut in the monthly Marvel Comics series and she has been a member of such superhero teams as the Avengers, the New Warriors and the X-Men. Unfortunately, aside from a Toys R Us three-pack of 3.75" figures of Firestar, Iceman and Spider-Man based on the "Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends" cartoon series, Firestar has not had an all-new six inch action figure released in years.

With Hasbro possibly losing the license to make action figures based on Marvel's characters in late 2020, unless they renew their license, we, the fans, would like to see Hasbro release a new figure for Firestar as soon as possible.
