For over two years  has cruelly confined multiple horses, including two stallions, a mare and her foal, to small enclosures without appropriate care, food, water, shelter or exercise. Sheriff Scott Williams of , Texas has refused to act on hundreds of complaints, documentation, reports, videos and pictures proving , of Killeen, Texas is guilty of animal cruelty. 

These horses suffered in solitary without shelter in filthy 40' pens throughout brutal heat in the summers of 2020 and 2021, been pelted by torrential rains and froze in the historical freeze of 2021, they were covered with ice so thick they could not breathe.

No matter how severe the cruelty, Sheriff Scott Williams refuses to help these animals and won't even do a welfare check. 

In October of 2021, erected an unventilated metal barn and put all of them in tiny stalls.  They have not been seen since, despite the pleas of dozens of concerned citizens requesting a welfare check. When asked why this has not been done, the response has been, "The Sheriff doesn't care." Sadly, it is obvious the Sheriff tolerates animal cruelty in his county.

Please sign our petition asking Sheriff Williams requesting that a welfare check be done immediately and that animal cruelty charges be filed against .  These horses have suffered long enough and need to be seized so they can receive proper care, food, water medical attention and exercise before they die. Animal cruelty charges must be filed for them to be freed from their horrible confinement.
