Harvard Debate on Proposed Homeschooling Ban

Harvard Debate on Proposed Homeschooling Ban
The Issue
Publications affiliated with Harvard University (Harvard Magazine, Harvard Crimson, and Harvard Gazette) have recently published pieces attacking homeschooling. Each of these prominently featured unsubstantiated comments in favor of a presumptive ban on homeschooling. Each of these articles highlight an unscientific 80-page article by Elizabeth Bartholet, who is a professor at Harvard Law School. Harvard Law School also planned to host an anti-homeschooling conference featuring the work of Professor Bartholet.
We request that, because Harvard continues to pursue this anti-home education agenda, they host an intellectual debate on the subject.
For the sake of civil discourse and ideological diversity, Harvard Law School should host a public debate on homeschooling featuring Elizabeth Bartholet.
