Fleet Town Council are planning to spend £30 million of Fleet taxpayer money on a complex which will cover most of the Gurkha Square Car Park. The car park is currently owned by Hart District Council.

We, the undersigned, petition Hart District Council to conduct a referendum at its earliest convenience to determine if Fleet residents want any development on Gurkha Square and the permanent loss of that car park.
