Penalties for false allegations, preventing access to children!
The issue
- Mothers having majority rights to parent children. This is unfair to hard working loving and caring fathers who have false allegations made against them.
- False allegations towards parents prevents the father or mother to maintain access to their children.
- I petition that if someone makes false allegations to prevent access to children they should be accountable for their making these false allegations and should face a Jail term or a penalty because of this, such as forfeit the care of the children to someone that can care for them in a loving way rather than a vindictive parent having primary care.
- As well they should have any legal aid terminated.
- Women and or men who use protection orders as weapons should have their protection orders revoked!
- Instead they should have video camera's installed into their houses.
- There needs to be even grounds for both parents to be able to access their children should any allegations be made.
- Anyone who is found to be making false allegations needs to be accountable for the stress they have caused the other person and give compensation from $5,000.00 per false allegation.
