The sudden shutdown of the game without prior notice has left us not only heartbroken but also facing the loss of our investments. To mitigate this situation and preserve the value of our investments, we kindly request that Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment facilitate the transfer of our accounts to the NetEase servers. This transfer would ensure that players can continue to enjoy the game and maintain their progress, despite the closure of the current servers.

 

Refund for In-App Purchases: Given the unexpected and abrupt nature of the game's shutdown, many players feel that their financial investments have not been honored. We request a full refund for all in-app purchases made over the past year.
