HPMA Signups
The Issue
I made this petition to make sure that the signups on this game’s website go up and we get more news from WB Games and NetEase. This lack of communication issue between them and us affects us as a whole and we need that change now ! HPMA is a wizarding dueling collectible card and role-playing game on PC and mobile. Its story starts ten years after the Battle of Hogwarts. Players can customize their character, master spells and charms, and take on challenging trials at the legendary Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Hogwarts Legacy is an immersive, open-source action role-playing game set in the world first introduced in the Harry Potter books. For the first time, you can experience Hogwarts in the 1800s. Your character is a student who holds the key to an ancient secret that threatens to tear the wizarding world apart. Now you can take control of the action and be at the center of your own adventure in the wizarding world. Your legacy is what you make of it, whether you are a good wizard or an evil wizard.
For HPMA, I was interested in learning spells and charms, mastering challenging trials, and dueling other players. We also get to meet familiar faces from the original Harry Potter series. The game is designed for us, the players, to hone our skills as a witch or wizard while engaging in real-time card battles. The storyline and battles showcase an enhanced level of quality that entices us into a world of witchcraft. Meanwhile, for Hogwarts Legacy, the gameplay feels magical when you’re playing the game on the PS5. The DualSense wireless controller connects you directly with your wand, immersing you in visuals and sound, which is cool. You can also feel a variety of events throughout the world, whether you’re in Potions Class and flying through the skies on a broom or a hippogriff. The controller lights will pulse with the colors of Hogwarts houses. Those are the reasons why I got so interested in these games.
I love both games and I’ll be playing both but as different houses. Gryffindor for HPMA and Slytherin for Hogwarts Legacy. Both games are great and I don’t mind the wait. So, maybe play both and see if they touched your hearts like they did for me.
We care about HPMA so much, and we want it to come out as much as Warner Bros. Games, NetEase, and Portkey Games do. We all want to play HPMA to have fun and to connect with other people worldwide. It depends if they’re on Android, iOS, or PC. That’s how much we want it to come out. We’re currently at 1 million on pre-registration, and we’re trying to reach 8 million. We’ve gotten some information from them regarding HPMA. They’re trying to make it the best experience at launch. So, that’s their top priority. They’ll let us know about the release date as soon as they can, so we have to have faith that it still is coming out this year for all of our sakes.
I started doing this petition because I wanted to encourage people to sign up and pre-register for HPMA. Besides, I didn’t want to see people giving up hope on the game at all. They would get angry that NetEase was teasing new updates in the Chinese version, but for the English version, WB Games has been delaying the game until we reached 8 million sign ups. Same thing for the Global version. We are asking everyone that loves Harry Potter to sign up and pre-register for the game. If we can reach 2 million pre-registrations now, we can absolutely reach the other milestones. The pre-registrations for iOS will be also be revealed to us soon.
