The School claim that the Thames Water sewer would result in a split building for a brownfield development as drawn by them above left. But wait a minute, they previously proposed to build across the sewer in that location when considering the brownfield option for the Science building. (page 17 of the original Design & Access statement) and shown as site 2/3. Furthermore the sewer is the very same one as needs diverting for the proposed scheme! [There would actually be cost savings as only one sewer needs diverting for the brownfield site compared to two sewer runs for the currently proposed site.] Petitioners, Councillors and the GLA deserve better.
