To preserve the natural beauty, habitat and surroundings of Hell Wath open space, to protect the environment; animals, plants, hedges and trees and for this NOT to be changed or to become manmade or over managed.

It has been noted that the signage was changed in the Summer of 2021 from “Hell Wath Open Space” to “Hell Wath Park”.
