Recently the price of beverages in the vending machines at school have increased from $1.50 to $1.75. This may not seem like much, however its effect is large enough to be felt by many at Branson High school. The fact is that paying is not the problem rather the awkward change transaction. Where as before you would have 3 dollars in your wallet and spend it all on two sodas and receive no pocket change to deal with. Now if you buy one,two, or even three sodas you are forced to carry around the one or two quarters you receive. Now I understand if this was not a school decision and rather coca-cola made the choice, but if it was a school decision I find it reasonable to drop the price of drinks back to $1.50.
