I am a domestic violence survivor, my abuser my husband and child’s father. He was sentenced to 3-6 years and 5 years state parole for abusing me and putting a loaded gun to my head threatening to blow my head off in front of my child who was three at the time. 

4 years later he is released, he petitioned for my address which was confidential due to another case we have and however he was granted my information. This man filed for custody, lied on all court documentation and accused me of a great number of false charges. He had lied about his address he has lied about having a criminal record he has mislead the courts beyond what I have ever seen.

i filed a petition of emergency relief on my own as I sought a lawyer. Once I obtained representation he filed another petition which dauphin county denied both! This man is showing up to my house stalking and harassing me but will not file contempt to go in front of a judge. Dauphin county I need answers! all of these actions are due to mishandling of paperwork as well as a miscommunication in the system. 

Once again I am being harassed by a two time felon a repeat offender my abuser and no one is listening to me ��
