Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo has repeatedly exhibited her refusal to abide by the constitutions of both the State of Texas, and the United States of America by purposely and deliberately infringing upon the rights granted in these documents to the citizens of Harris county.

In her gross ignorance of official duties, and her carelessness in the discharge of unconstitutional mandates, she has repeatedly showed herself to be unfit for the office of Harris County Judge.   

For the sake of Harris County residents, and the residents of Texas, I am asking that you sign this petition for the removal of Judge Lina Hidalgo, which will be filed in the Harris County District court.
