Taxpayers in Harris County, Texas have been requesting assistance for a dog, June. Photos were taken of June, on a patio with her mouth bound with a rubber band and wearing a human diaper. No food or water was in sight. The neighbors made multiple complaints, to no avail. The DA's office continues to insist that the dog is in good condition and that they won't pursue animal abuse charges against the perpetrator.
