We are demanding the resignation of Harris County Precinct 5 Constable Ted Heap. Moments after a recent press conference addressing allegations that his department racially profiled and mistreated a black Waller County official, Herschel Smith, a controversial photo surfaced of Constable Ted Heap dressed in black face. We are asking for the people of Harris County, Texas to join us in signing this petition asking for the resignation and/or termination of Harris County Precinct 5 Constable Ted Heap.
