Randy has been missing for 30 years.  Randy is our only child.  We have searched every day since April 16, 1988.  We have searched through corn fields, dug on creek banks in remote areas, hired cadaver dog teams, searched the Kansas River, driven to Idaho on a lead, used sonar equipment, radar equipment, and many other endeavors to look for Randy.  

We humbly ask for your help and support by signing this petition which will go to Governor Laura Kelly.

We are asking Kansas Governor Laura Kelly to sign an Executive Order and assign an OUT OF STATE Special Master to establish a Cold Case Task Force, created for the specific assignment of a FULL AND COMPLETE investigation into the Randy Leach case.

We have stood together for 30 years, and we will never end our search for Randy until we can lay him to rest.
