Valkyrie Project is an Argentinian Fan Film Production. With 3 episodes which 2 of them aired was a complete success for all Robotech fans and also brings fresh air to the franchise.

I think the C&D is a bad decision, and Harmony Gold should review it. Bear in mind that Harmony Gold itself gave authorization to the argentinian producers to make the film.
